Deposit Policy
- A $1000 deposit per week is required at the time of reservation.
- Deposits and rental payments are non-refundable unless your canceled dates are re-booked minus a cancellation fee.
- Full payment is required thirty days prior to reservation.
- A $1000 damage deposit is required upon arrival.
- Deposit will be returned at the end of your stay, less any damages to property.
- Casa Loma is a smoke-free vacation home rental. Smoking only permitted outdoors. Sorry, no pets allowed.
